01
A daily ritual.
For more than ten years, meditation has been part of my evenings.
A simple way to close the day.
Slow down.
Process.
Sleep better.
Sometimes the most useful thing is creating a moment where nothing needs to happen.
02
Stillness has many forms.
Meditation is not always sitting still.
Sometimes it is walking on an empty frozen lake, reading near water, being alone in nature, or simply noticing where you are.
Presence can happen anywhere.

Sound and attention.
Curiosity also led me to explore sound meditation and complete Tibetan singing bowl training.
What interested me most was the relationship between sound, attention and silence.
A simple experience: how slowing down changes the way we notice a moment.
